Avishta is experienced in Active Meditations of Osho, besides training in core-energetics, inner child healing and tantra work with integration of the male - female duality  and conflict resolution . Avisha has lived in spiritual and ecological communities of Greece, Scotland, Italy and India. She is connected with, and respectful of all native cultures, especially Maya culture. Since 2001, Avishta has had the dream to live close to Maya 'zone', and in 2007 came to live in Bacalar in fulfillment of that dream. She now follows a meditational path to seed a new way of human interaction, the planet, and the cosmos, following the Maya vision of community: "In'lakech alaken", I am another you.

Avishta is also a founder  of the Foundation Emerge Bak'halal and coordinator  of the culture commission. Avishta has a Masters degree in psychotherapy.
